Founder and CEO
Before founding Cassidy Mason Consulting, Cassidy gained valuable experience across sales and strategy in various locations, including Jersey, London, and Sydney.

Her career journey saw her lead the launch of an online investment website, transitioning from sales to e-commerce, and relocating from Jersey to London. During her six years at Groupon, Cassidy rose to the position of Head of Local and National Strategy for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, she oversaw a team of business analysts and strategists, collaborating closely with multiple departments to drive impressive growth rates, creating innovative sales strategies that were rolled out globally.

Drawing from her extensive in-house experience, Cassidy identified the need for a broader perspective essential for effective strategy amidst the daily operational challenges. This realisation inspired her to launch her consultancy, Cassidy Mason Consulting, dedicated to providing businesses with the strategic clarity necessary for sustained success.

Cassidy brings to the table a wealth of expertise in analytics, stakeholder management, sales, and strategy development. Colleagues and clients describe her as organised, analytical, innovative, and commercially focused, with a knack for transforming data insights into actionable solutions infused with positive energy.
